Job Description
This position is responsible for planning, producing, and promoting training content related to the company's platform and industry trends. The goal is to enhance users' understanding and engagement with platform products and industry developments, thereby boosting brand influence and user growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Production
- Create platform introduction PPTs and training materials with clear structures and consistent visual styles.
- Develop video scripts and collaborate with design/video teams for production.
- Plan and publish platform news, industry updates, and insightful content.
- Knowledge Dissemination
- Regularly plan industry knowledge topics and draft articles, newsletters, and short video scripts.
- Design knowledge-sharing schedules based on user needs and trending topics.
- Collaborate with the operations team for online/offline event promotion.
- Training & Documentation
- Maintain and update training libraries, case studies, FAQs, and other materials.
- Support internal and external partner training sessions.
- Establish content performance tracking to optimize engagement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, design, and event teams for unified branding.
- Collect user feedback to refine content strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in training operations/content planning; expertise in content structuring preferred.
- Strong PPT design skills with systematic thinking and curriculum development ability.
- Event/community management experience (e.g., conferences, online bootcamps) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, service mindset, and public speaking/writing proficiency.
