Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves interacting with users, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through various online support tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive user consultations and resolve their doubts through online customer service tools
- Timely feedback on user issues encountered during product usage, and maintain proper documentation of these problems
- Analyze daily work processes to identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and drive problem resolution and process optimization
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong business acumen with ability to grasp fundamental business operations after training
- Financial-related knowledge and experience is preferred
- Ability to work onsite at our Kuala Lumpur office
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles
- Background in financial services or related fields
- Experience with CRM systems or customer support software
