Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving user inquiries through online customer service tools and answering their questions promptly and professionally.
- Provide timely feedback on existing problems, collect and organize them for further analysis and resolution.
- Possess strong business sensitivity and be able to master basic business concepts after training. Financial knowledge and experience are preferred.
- Brainstorm on obstacles in user experience, explore user needs, and contribute to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Able to adapt to shift work, including long night shifts when required.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Prior experience in customer service or financial services is a plus.
