To enhance user experience and transform the "toxicity" on Twitter into "motivation for product improvement," the GMGN team is looking for a resilient, meme-savvy, and pressure-resistant Customer Operations Specialist to join us! Your core responsibilities include:
- X (Twitter) Community Guardian: Oversee customer service for Chinese-speaking users. Proactively monitor and gather user feedback from platforms like X (Twitter) and Telegram. Address complaints and lengthy posts with Web3-style fluency, providing swift and smooth responses.
- Crisis Management & Damage Control: Step up during unexpected issues like transaction delays or system lags to calm the community, mitigate negative sentiment, and turn critics into loyal supporters.
- User Voice Translator: Engage deeply with core trading users to identify their pain points regarding transaction speed and product features. Standardize and relay this feedback to the product and tech teams to drive rapid iterations.
- High-Frequency Community Interaction: Avoid robotic customer service—become GMGN’s official "mascot" on Twitter, engaging users with humor, memes, and even meme-based reverse psychology.
Job Requirements
We expect you to meet the following criteria:
- Veteran X (Twitter) User: Deep understanding of X (Twitter) culture and Web3 communities, especially Chinese-speaking Degens. Familiarity with slang, writing styles, and key influencers is a must.
- Hardcore Meme Trader: Active participant in meme trading with hands-on experience on chains like Solana, Base, or Ethereum. Without meme expertise, you won’t resonate with users.
- GMGN Power User: Daily user of GMGN, intimately familiar with its features, flaws, and strengths. You should instinctively know why users complain about specific issues.
- Strong Customer Service Background: Prior experience in C-end internet or Web3 community/customer support. Ability to stay professional, composed, and emotionally intelligent under pressure.
- Experience in customer service or crisis management for CEXs, popular DEXs, or trading bots.
- Existing Twitter following or hidden influence as a community moderator/KOL.
