Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operations Data Platform Specialist to build and maintain our data infrastructure, supporting key metrics such as DAU, retention, conversion, agent rebates, and customer quality. The role involves establishing and optimizing operational workflows, SOPs, form systems, rebate settlement mechanisms, and agent tier assessment frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (user operations, agent operations, and campaign operations) to organize execution plans, incentive configurations, and post-mortem documentation. Additionally, you will assist the operations lead in project management, including goal decomposition, milestone tracking, and collaboration progress. Tool management (Notion, Excel, operational systems, form platforms) is also a core responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the operations data platform to ensure accurate metric reporting.
- Develop and optimize SOPs, form systems, rebate mechanisms, and agent evaluation frameworks.
- Support operational teams in creating execution plans, incentive tables, and retrospective reports.
- Assist in project management by breaking down objectives, tracking progress, and facilitating collaboration.
- Manage tools like Notion, Excel, and operational systems to streamline workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in data analysis, process support, or operations support (system/backend collaboration experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, Notion, Feishu Sheets, and dashboard tools; strong structured thinking and project execution skills.
- Understanding of user behavior and operational data structures; ability to generate daily/weekly reports and operational dashboards.
- High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive "gap-filling" mindset in operations.
