Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and development of the operation and maintenance platform, and participate in the construction of the operation and maintenance system.
• Participate in the daily management and operation of relevant platform systems, and assist in system-related operations and maintenance tasks.
• Research service architecture to identify potential issues and develop system adjustment and optimization plans.
• Improve system robustness and efficiency through continuous monitoring and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of platform systems.
• Document system processes, configurations, and changes for future reference and training purposes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and developing operation and maintenance platforms.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and service management.
• Ability to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with system optimization and performance tuning is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based operation and maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and methodologies.
