Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the exchange's technology roadmap to ensure alignment between technology direction and business objectives.
• Architecture Design: Design a high concurrency and high availability exchange system architecture, including trading engines, wallet systems, clearing systems, etc.
• Team Management: Lead the technical team (backend, frontend, blockchain, operations, etc.) to improve team efficiency and technical capabilities.
• Technical Research and Development: Lead the research and development of blockchain related technologies, such as multi chain support, smart contract integration, cross chain transactions, etc.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure system security and compliance, including private key management, anti attack mechanisms, KYC/AML, etc.
• Innovation and Optimization: Track cutting-edge technologies in the industry, promote technological innovation and system optimization.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in developing technology strategies and roadmaps for financial or blockchain platforms
• Strong expertise in designing high-concurrency, high-availability system architectures
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional technical teams
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and their application in exchange systems
• Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements in financial services
• Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cryptocurrency exchanges or financial technology companies
• Familiarity with multiple blockchain protocols and smart contract platforms
• Background in financial systems such as trading engines or clearing systems
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and key management systems
