Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning of a Web3 exchange platform, designing innovative trading processes and functional architecture based on decentralization principles
• Create clear product documentation and ensure the product is built and iterated from 0 to 1
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including trading users, compliance teams, and technical teams to collect and identify core needs
• Translate business requirements into product features and optimizations, prioritize tasks, and drive execution
• Coordinate multiple teams (development, design, testing) to establish project plans and milestones
• Monitor progress, resolve cross-department collaboration issues, and ensure timely product launches with stable updates
• Conduct competitive analysis of Web3 platforms to identify unique competitive advantages
• Gather user feedback to optimize UI/UX, enhance trading efficiency, and improve asset security mechanisms

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, blockchain, or exchange platforms
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and decentralized finance (DeFi) principles
• Proven track record of managing complex technical products from conception to launch
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile development environments
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading mechanisms and security protocols
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Passion for creating user-centric products with exceptional UX

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with smart contract development or blockchain protocols
• Technical background in software development or computer science
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for crypto exchanges
• Multilingual capabilities for global product management
