Job Description
This position is based in Singapore and does not support remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our exchange platform, focusing on system stability, security, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the exchange platform, including system deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and handling.
- Design and implement automated operation and maintenance tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Responsible for system security management, including vulnerability repair, security protection, and emergency response.
- Optimize system performance, plan capacity, and ensure stable system operation.
- Write and maintain operation and maintenance documents, and regularly report system operation status.
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in financial technology or exchange platforms would be advantageous. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Singapore and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
