Job Description:
1. Cluster and Service Operations: Responsible for the deployment, release, rollback, and daily high-availability operations of Java microservices, Go gateways, and various backend services in a Kubernetes environment (migrating to AWS EKS).
2. CI/CD and GitOps: Maintain automated delivery pipelines such as Jenkins and ArgoCD to ensure efficient and agile releases from code to containers (Docker, AWS ECR).
3. Middleware Management: Ensure the stable operation of foundational components such as Nacos, RocketMQ, Redis, MySQL, XXL-JOB, and AWS managed services (RDS, ElastiCache, etc.).
4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Build observability systems like ELK/Loki, Prometheus, and Grafana; quickly respond to and resolve production incidents to ensure system stability.
5. Architecture and Security Optimization: Collaborate with the development team on environment security management, access control (IAM), performance tuning, and cloud-native architecture evolution.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience: 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in finance, payment, wallet, or blockchain projects.
2. Core Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Linux, proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes/AWS EKS cluster management, troubleshooting, and migration.
3. Engineering Capabilities: Proficient in tools like Jenkins/GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm, with extensive hands-on experience in GitOps implementation.
4. Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS core services (VPC, IAM, ALB, Auto Scaling, etc.) and the operation and optimization of commonly used open-source middleware.
5. Monitoring and Scripting: Familiarity with monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK; proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Shell, Python, or Go.
