Job Description
This role focuses on driving the growth and expansion of the Monad ecosystem through strategic initiatives and collaborations. You will work cross-functionally with various teams and external partners to foster adoption and engagement within the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new initiatives aimed at expanding the Monad ecosystem
- Collaborate with Business Development, DevRel, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement strategic projects
- Engage with diverse stakeholders including builders, investors, exchanges, and infrastructure providers to promote ecosystem growth
- Manage key programs such as grants initiatives and hackathons to attract developers and encourage integration with Monad ecosystem applications
Required Skills
- Proven experience in ecosystem growth or business development within tech/crypto space
- Strong project management skills with ability to execute cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of blockchain technology and developer communities
- Experience managing grant programs or hackathons is a plus
