Job Description
This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition strategies and optimizing marketing operations through HubSpot platform implementation. You will lead the discovery and design of HubSpot-centric systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives. As a key stakeholder, you will evaluate current marketing requirements, technology stack, and business needs to define a cohesive system framework. Your responsibilities will span from creating and maintaining marketing and business development platforms to managing data flow and analytics across the tech stack. You will also oversee the configuration of HubSpot systems, including data capture, automation engineering, segmentation, and reporting, while ensuring data integrity through quality assurance protocols and audits.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to measure and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Operations and Investment teams to maintain seamless data flow and tracking accuracy
  • Establish closed-loop analytics between marketing and sales to evaluate inbound campaign performance
  • Define future state processes and customer journey frameworks for HubSpot implementation
  • Manage paid media agency relationships and oversee budget allocation for advertising efforts
  • Implement and maintain custom properties, record customization, and campaign automation within HubSpot
  • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, quality checks, and sign-off processes for content production
  • Generate email marketing templates and automate email campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion tracking
  • Lead user adoption initiatives to ensure team members effectively utilize HubSpot tools and workflows
  • Provide technical support for system integrations, product updates, and CRM configuration management
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in growth marketing and HubSpot operations with a strong track record of customer acquisition
  • Expertise in lead scoring methodologies, data segmentation, and demand generation analytics
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, including HubSpot's configuration, automation, and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to analyze business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train new hires
  • Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI
  • Knowledge of data integrity protocols, quality assurance standards, and audit processes
  • Experience with email marketing automation and campaign management tools
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain alignment between marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Ability to define and implement customer journey frameworks for improved user experience
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
  • Proficiency in data modeling, property customization, and system configuration management
  • Strong attention to detail for ensuring accurate data capture and reporting
