Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Platform Operations Manager to oversee brand operations and drive data-driven strategies. This role involves executing operational plans, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing transaction experiences to enhance platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Operation Management & Brand Operation:
- Assist in formulating and executing operational strategies and platform activities.
- Write activity content and track the cooperation results of each regional market worldwide.
- Assist in communicating cooperation plans for each regional market.
- Analyze user behavior and transaction data, collect user feedback, and optimize user paths and transaction experiences.
- Promote the launch of key coin pairs, integrate hot market assets, propose market demand, and optimize user experience.
- Data-Driven Refined Operation:
- Build a framework for analyzing transaction and user data, and track core indicators such as transaction volume, user activity, and cost conversion efficiency in real time.
- Regularly iterate growth activities and incentive mechanisms based on data insights.
- Continuously optimize the funnel path and synergistically improve key conversion rates from multiple dimensions (product, operation, and market).
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Resource Integration:
- Coordinate with product, market, community, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of operational tasks.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in platform operations, brand management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction and user data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
- Ability to develop and execute operational strategies based on market trends.
- Experience in optimizing user experience and conversion funnels.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and trading pairs is a plus.
