Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SEO optimization for the platform's official website, including content enhancement, technical structure improvements, and search engine ranking strategies to boost brand exposure and user retention rates on Google and other international search engines.
• Develop and implement keyword strategies that align with CEX best practices while addressing Web3 user search behaviors (particularly for derivatives and spot trading), optimizing coverage of core terms, long-tail keywords, and transaction scenario phrases to improve traffic quality and page conversion rates (e.g., registrations, trading conversions).
• Coordinate SEO execution with marketing campaigns during key platform events (product launches, promotions, ecosystem partnerships) to maximize traffic surges and brand impact.
• Monitor competitor SEO strategies (including major CEXs like Binance/Coinbase and leading DEXs like Hyperliquid/Backpack) and Google algorithm updates, rapidly adjusting platform tactics to maintain competitive advantage.
• Optimize website architecture, product pages, content pages, and transaction flows by analyzing behavioral differences between CEX and DEX users, creating efficient "search-traffic → user retention → transaction conversion" funnels.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of Google SEO experience in Web3/Crypto industry with proven CEX optimization cases; thorough understanding of search ranking mechanisms, indexing logic, and core metrics (DA/PA, CTR, conversion rates).
• Expertise in Google algorithms (Penguin, Panda) and international SEO strategies; ability to independently develop keyword plans, content matrices (trading tutorials, industry analyses), and backlink campaigns with knowledge of CEX compliance content optimization.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Surfer SEO) for precise data analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Crypto media resources (industry sites, KOL channels) and backlink experience; basic English copywriting skills to produce or guide SEO-optimized crypto content (trading guides, platform feature breakdowns).
• Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities from traffic/ranking/conversion data and implement optimizations (page structure adjustments, keyword density refinements) through cross-team collaboration.
• High sensitivity to Web3 trends (Layer2, new chains, regulations) with ability to transform hot topics into SEO content; proactive mindset to explore new strategies in fast-changing markets.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills to align SEO execution with content, product, and technical teams.
• Bonus: Experience coordinating SEO with Facebook/Twitter(X) social media campaigns for synergistic growth.
