Job Description

1. Comprehensive Community Management: Fully responsible for the daily operations of core Japanese communities (Telegram, Discord, Line, and local social media platforms), using Japanese as the primary communication language to build an active and professional community atmosphere, enhancing user awareness and engagement with edgeX DEX products (perpetual contracts, on-chain trading, etc.).

2. Professional Content Translation and Localization: Accurately translate product-related content, including but not limited to feature descriptions, operation tutorials, event rules, and announcement copy, ensuring precise Japanese expressions for terms like "margin mechanism" and "liquidation risk" that align with Japanese user habits. Also, adapt content to suit Japanese users' reading preferences.

3. Event Planning and Execution: Independently plan and execute diverse community activities (e.g., trading challenges, product AMAs, industry topic discussions) tailored to Japanese market characteristics and user behavior, boosting daily activity, interaction rates, and platform transaction conversions. Regularly review event outcomes and optimize strategies.

4. User Feedback Collection and Communication: Deeply analyze community user feedback on product features and operational activities, compiling bilingual (Japanese/Chinese) reports weekly to share with product and operations teams, driving demand conversion and product iteration.

5. Public Sentiment Monitoring and Brand Maintenance: Monitor community dynamics in real-time, promptly identifying and addressing potential disputes or negative sentiment. Resolve user concerns through professional Japanese communication. Cultivate core users and opinion leaders to expand brand influence and reputation in the Japanese market.

6. Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuously track Japanese DEX and perpetual contract platforms' community strategies, user feedback, and market trends, delivering monthly Japanese/Chinese analysis reports with differentiated operational recommendations to support localized strategy development.

Job Requirements
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and strong Chinese skills for effective cross-cultural teamwork.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and DEX core logic (e.g., AMM mechanisms, perpetual contract rules), with 1+ years of crypto community management experience and knowledge of Japan's crypto market ecosystem and regulations.
  • Professional translation skills to accurately localize product terminology and operational content. Proven experience in planning and executing community activities, with success in boosting engagement and conversions.
  • Strong user insight, market awareness, and adaptability to quickly respond to community needs. Proficiency in English (written/verbal) is a plus for international team collaboration.

  • Experience managing Japanese communities on Telegram/Discord/Line, understanding local social habits.
  • Prior blockchain product localization experience with industry-standard terminology.
  • Deep understanding of perpetual contracts and on-chain trading to provide expert content interpretation.
