Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and iteration of decentralized exchange (DEX) and decentralized finance (DeFi) products. The ideal candidate will drive product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy while translating industry trends into innovative growth solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead overall planning and iteration of DEX/DeFi products, establishing product vision and roadmap in line with corporate strategy
- Analyze DeFi industry trends (including decentralized exchanges, derivatives, lending, cross-chain solutions, restaking, points/airdrops) to develop innovative product growth strategies
- Conduct product requirement analysis, optimize user experience, and refine designs with high standards for detail and aesthetics
- Continuously improve product logic based on user behavior and transaction data to enhance engagement and retention
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, business development, and technical teams to design growth initiatives (KOL partnerships, community programs, referral/ambassador systems)
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to explore new models (TradFi-DeFi integration, on-chain derivatives combinations) ensuring product differentiation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years product experience (minimum 3 years in blockchain/DeFi)
- Excellent product aesthetic judgment and high standards for UX/interaction design
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in user behavior analysis and modeling
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Outstanding cross-functional communication and project execution skills
- Fluent English for independent international market analysis

- Core product experience with leading DeFi projects or blockchain startups
- Proven track record scaling products to million+ user bases
- Deep understanding of DeFi mechanisms, strategies, and growth models
- Ability to independently conceptualize novel composite product architectures
