Job Description:
As a Growth Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. Your responsibilities will span across multiple operational domains to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Goals & Strategy: Execute monthly/quarterly core KPIs by formulating growth strategies and resource planning (channel expansion, user segmentation, campaign mechanisms, outreach strategies).
- Channel Operations: Build and optimize channel ecosystems (KOLs/agents/communities/content), design partnership frameworks and incentive mechanisms to enhance channel ROI and user quality.
- User Operations: Establish lifecycle management and tiered operation systems (new-active-high value-churned users) to improve registration→deposit→transaction conversion and retention.
- Campaigns & Productization: Lead campaign planning/post-mortems and drive operational capability productization (campaign configuration, mission/reward systems, tagged audiences, outreach platforms).
- Data Systems: Develop dashboards and review mechanisms to monitor funnel metrics, retention, conversion, LTV, and continuously refine growth models.
- Team & Collaboration: Manage operational teams (channel/user/campaign) and coordinate cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and CS to deliver projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in growth/user/channel operations. Financial/exchange/ToC high-conversion business experience preferred. Team management experience required.
- Proven 0-to-1 system-building capability (channels, user segmentation, campaign mechanisms, data dashboards). Strong data-driven mindset and project execution skills.
- Results-oriented with exceptional stress tolerance, cross-department collaboration, and resource integration abilities.
