Job Description:
As a Web3 Exchange Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and operational strategy of our consumer-facing exchange platform. You will oversee key metrics and ensure the successful execution of initiatives to enhance user acquisition, conversion, retention, trading activity, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement phased operational goals based on the exchange business model (user acquisition, conversion, retention, trading activity, revenue).
- Participate in core business decision-making alongside product, technology, and marketing teams to drive platform growth from 0→1 or 1→N.
- Deeply understand user behavior, trading needs, and market cycles to make informed operational decisions in uncertain environments.
- Lead the establishment and iteration of user operations, campaign operations, content, and community engagement strategies.
- Design and implement key operational mechanisms (incentives, tasks, tiers, rebates, campaigns) to boost user engagement and trading frequency.
- Continuously optimize strategies through data analysis to create scalable growth models.
- Build and manage an efficient operations team with a strong results-driven approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, risk control, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, competitors, and market sentiment to adjust operational strategies proactively.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in consumer-facing internet platforms, growth, or operations, preferably in trading, finance, or high-frequency products.
- Strong expertise in user growth and retention methodologies (user segmentation, conversion funnels, lifecycle management, data-driven decision-making).
- Exceptional execution and judgment skills to drive complex initiatives in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
- Experience managing or building an operations team from scratch, including goal-setting, KPI breakdown, and team leadership.
- Clear logical thinking and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Web3/Crypto/exchange platforms with a deep understanding of trader behavior and market cycles.
- Experience in global markets, international operations, or English-speaking work environments.
- Familiarity with common exchange mechanics (Launchpad, trading competitions, airdrops, rebates, liquidity incentives).
