Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Goals & Strategy: Align with monthly/quarterly KPIs, formulate growth strategies, and allocate resources (channel expansion, user segmentation, campaign mechanisms, outreach tactics).
- Channel Operations: Build and optimize channel ecosystems (KOLs/agents/communities/content), design partnership frameworks and incentive models to enhance ROI and user quality.
- User Operations: Establish lifecycle and tiered user management (new-active-high value-churned) to boost registration→deposit→transaction conversion and retention.
- Campaigns & Productization: Lead campaign planning/post-analysis and drive productized operational tools (event configurations, task/reward systems, audience tagging, outreach platforms).
- Data Systems: Develop dashboards and review mechanisms to monitor funnel metrics, retention, conversion, LTV, and iteratively refine growth models.
- Team & Collaboration: Manage operations teams (channel/user/campaign), coordinate cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and support for project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree+, 5+ years in growth/user/channel operations with finance/exchange/ToC high-conversion experience preferred; team management experience required.
- Proven 0-to-1 system-building expertise (channels, user segmentation, campaign frameworks, data dashboards), strong data-driven decision-making and project execution skills.
- Web 2.0 platform experience at major tech firms is advantageous.
- Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, exceptional cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration abilities.
