Job Description
As the Exchange Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational strategy and business planning of the exchange. You will set phased operational goals and drive their implementation, taking ownership of key business metrics such as trading users, trading volume, revenue, user activity, and retention.
You will oversee various business segments including spot trading, futures contracts, user growth, marketing campaigns, and platform operations, continuously optimizing the user lifecycle from registration, deposit, trading to retention.
Based on market trends, user behavior, and operational data, you will formulate growth strategies to consistently expand the trading user base, enhance trading activity, and maximize user value.
You will lead the planning and execution of major operational and growth initiatives, establishing evaluation mechanisms for campaign costs, risks, and ROI, while conducting regular business reviews and strategy optimizations.
You will manage the operations team, including goal decomposition, task allocation, process management, and team development, continuously improving overall delivery efficiency.
Collaborating with product, technology, marketing, business development, and risk control teams, you will drive the implementation of key business initiatives and take responsibility for operational projects and final business outcomes.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in internet/Web3/CEX operations, with 3+ years in team management or business leadership roles
- Proven experience in CEX platform operations, familiar with spot/derivatives trading and user operations
- Strong business acumen with direct responsibility for key metrics like trading volume and user retention
- Excellent data analysis and strategic planning capabilities
- Effective team management and cross-department collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of crypto markets and user needs, with strong execution ability
- Preferred: Prior experience as CEX Operations Director or successful cases of building operations from scratch
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive compensation including 13-month salary and various holiday benefits. The salary range for this position is 6,000-12,000 USD equivalent per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
