Organizational Development and Recruitment: Sort out and optimize the existing organizational structure, promote the improvement of departmental functions and processes, and ensure efficient decision-making and execution mechanisms. Provide timely change management support and solutions for potential organizational changes that may occur during the company's accelerated commercialization process. Design and implement talent recruitment strategies, with a focus on recruiting high-end or scarce positions, to help the company expand and reserve key talents. Performance and incentive mechanism: Build and optimize the company's performance evaluation system, salary incentive mechanism, and welfare system to ensure the company's competitiveness in the industry. Regularly organize performance communication and feedback to promote employee growth and development, and assist in achieving business goals.
