Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to join our team. This role involves a combination of talent acquisition, policy implementation, and organizational development to support our business departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for talent introduction and recruitment within the company.
- Implement and promote the company's administrative and personnel policies, systems, and key projects in the business department.
- Integrate into the business team to understand personnel development status, diagnose issues related to business talent and team development, and submit regular improvement reports.
- Focus on the integration and cultivation of key talents in the business department, ensuring continuous communication and feedback.
- Assist the CEO in talent management, team development, and organizational atmosphere building to ensure company culture is effectively implemented in respective business areas.
- Communicate with various departments to develop the company's OKR assessment system, promote its implementation, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Handle company administrative management, including office space, fixed assets, and team activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to diagnose organizational challenges and propose actionable solutions.
- Experience in OKR implementation and performance feedback systems is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
