Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with various business departments, providing tailored HR solutions and insights to support organizational goals. This role involves active participation in business meetings, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business departments to understand their needs and provide customized human resources solutions.
  • Attend business meetings and provide HR insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in developing performance evaluation processes and support business departments in assessing employee performance.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and appeal handling, while collaborating with business leaders to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and communicate relevant information to business departments.
  • Collect and analyze human resources data to generate reports that support informed business decisions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business leaders and employees.
  • Proven ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
