Job Description
This position requires a professional to conduct in-depth analysis of blockchain development trends and investment opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive market research, systematic data collection, and detailed feasibility analysis of blockchain-based investment projects. Key tasks include identifying high-potential blockchain ventures, establishing and maintaining contact information with project teams, assessing potential risks, and producing professional investment reports. Additionally, the role involves preparing comprehensive investment project recommendation documents, conducting thorough investment research, feasibility study reports, and drafting framework agreements. The candidate will also develop detailed project implementation plans and action strategies to guide execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous analysis of blockchain industry trends, including technological advancements, market dynamics, and regulatory changes
- Perform in-depth market research on global blockchain investment projects, focusing on DeFi, NFT, and enterprise blockchain solutions
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with blockchain project teams, venture capital firms, and potential investors
- Develop comprehensive risk assessment frameworks for blockchain projects, including technical, financial, and compliance risks
- Prepare detailed investment reports with data visualization and strategic recommendations for portfolio management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design project implementation roadmaps and operational action plans
- Monitor project progress through regular check-ins, financial tracking, and performance benchmarking
- Provide actionable insights for business development, including market expansion strategies and risk mitigation plans
- Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies and their potential impact on investment landscapes
- Conduct competitive analysis of blockchain projects to identify market positioning and differentiation factors
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field with 3+ years of experience in blockchain investment analysis
- Proven expertise in conducting feasibility studies for blockchain projects, including technical evaluation and ROI analysis
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL) and blockchain explorers
- Excellent communication abilities to present complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contract development, and decentralized application ecosystems
- Ability to create comprehensive investment reports with visual presentations and strategic recommendations
- Experience in negotiating investment terms and drafting legal agreements for blockchain projects
- Knowledge of blockchain risk management frameworks and compliance regulations (KYC, AML, GDPR)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple blockchain investment projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language for international client communication
- Ability to develop project implementation timelines and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience with blockchain analytics platforms and on-chain data interpretation techniques
- Understanding of blockchain token economics and market capitalization analysis
- Ability to conduct SWOT analysis for blockchain projects and develop competitive strategies
- Proficiency in using blockchain development tools (Solidity, Truffle) for project evaluation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in blockchain investment analysis or related field
- Proven track record of successful investment project evaluations and implementation
- Strong background in financial modeling and market research methodologies
