Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development and management of our core trading, payment, and OTC-related systems. This role requires strong leadership to guide the team in delivering high-quality system design and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D management of core trading, payment, and OTC systems, ensuring high-quality system design and development.
- Develop technical solutions and architectural designs based on business needs to ensure high concurrency, availability, and security.
- Manage daily team operations and performance, mentor team members' technical growth, and improve R&D efficiency and delivery quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Risk Control, Compliance) to support rapid iteration of digital asset trading and payment services.
- Stay updated on blockchain and cryptocurrency trends, applying new technologies to real business scenarios.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of backend development and 2+ years of team management experience.
- Proficient in Golang development with strong computer science fundamentals and coding standards; familiar with common architectural patterns.
- Preferred experience in payment systems, OTC trading, clearing/settlement, or similar high-concurrency/high-security systems.
- Understanding of Crypto/blockchain ecosystems, including digital currency trading, wallets, and smart contract interactions.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, databases, caching, message queues, and related technologies.
- Excellent team management and communication skills, capable of driving execution in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at large fintech companies, exchanges, or cryptocurrency platforms.
- Knowledge of security/compliance systems (e.g., KYC/AML).
- Fluency in English for professional communication.
