Job Description
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and project support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. The role involves handling daily tasks, improving internal processes, and maintaining project tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling daily departmental operations, including document organization, data archiving, and other administrative tasks
  • Promote and optimize internal processes to ensure timely completion of all project stages and departmental objectives
  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining the project dashboard of the brand department, ensuring project progress is up-to-date and traceable
  • Coordinate between different teams to facilitate information flow and project execution
  • Prepare regular reports on project status and departmental activities for management review
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • 1-2 years of administrative or project coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
