Job Description:
Overseas Market Growth Lead (Based in Shanghai)
- Growth Strategy & Planning:
- Develop overseas market user growth strategies, define market positioning, target user segmentation, and core growth paths, while being accountable for key growth metrics.
- Deeply analyze OTA industry trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior changes to identify new market opportunities (e.g., niche scenarios).
- Responsible for building and optimizing growth models, focusing on core metrics such as user lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and retention rate.
- Market-Driven User Acquisition:
- Channel Strategy & Innovation: Oversee planning, budget allocation, and ROI optimization for online/offline growth channels, including but not limited to:
- Performance Marketing: Expertise in SEM/SEO, display ads, social media ads, and continuous exploration of emerging traffic platforms.
- Content Marketing & Social Media: Build a "travel inspiration"-centric content ecosystem through short videos, live streaming, KOL/KOC collaborations to enhance brand influence and drive conversions.
- Brand-Growth Integration: Collaborate closely with the branding team to ensure marketing activities enhance brand equity while delivering measurable user growth.
- Channel Strategy & Innovation: Oversee planning, budget allocation, and ROI optimization for online/offline growth channels, including but not limited to:
- User Activation & Retention:
- Design onboarding processes to improve first-time conversion rates.
- Lead retention strategies, including membership/points systems, personalized recommendations, and lifecycle engagement to boost repurchase frequency and average order value.
- Analyze data to identify churn reasons and develop effective re-engagement strategies.
- Team Management & Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and data teams to implement and iterate growth-related features.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in overseas market growth for internet companies is preferred.
- Excellent bilingual (Chinese/English) content creation skills.
- Familiarity with overseas social media platforms (X, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their engagement mechanisms.
- Strong interest in AI, Web3, travel, and lifestyle sectors with cross-cultural content sensitivity.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights and optimize strategies.
