Job Description
This position is responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of marketing and content operations across the company's overseas social media platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, and Discord. The candidate will lead the development of strategic frameworks to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth through digital channels. Key responsibilities involve analyzing user behavior, identifying content trends, and creating data-driven action plans to meet evolving market demands. The role also requires coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand messaging strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for overseas social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand positioning and content quality across all channels
- Design multi-platform operation plans based on user growth data and market research, with a focus on optimizing engagement metrics for different audience segments
- Plan and execute brand-centric content calendars that align with seasonal trends, product launches, and company milestones while maintaining brand voice consistency
- Create engaging event content for both daily and special campaigns, including but not limited to interactive posts, live-streamed activities, and limited-time promotions
- Monitor real-time performance analytics across social media platforms, conduct A/B testing for content optimization, and implement iterative improvements based on data insights
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual content, video scripts, and interactive media that resonate with international audiences
- Develop and maintain brand engagement metrics tracking systems, including follower growth rates, conversion funnel analysis, and sentiment monitoring
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in overseas markets
- Prepare monthly performance reports that analyze content effectiveness, engagement trends, and ROI for social media campaigns
- Coordinate with customer service teams to address user feedback and improve content relevance across all digital channels
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in overseas social media marketing, preferably in the tech or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of successfully executing content strategies that drove measurable business growth and brand awareness
- Excellent command of English and at least one other major language (e.g., Spanish, French, Korean) for cross-border content creation and communication
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and ability to interpret engagement data effectively
- Strong understanding of content marketing best practices, including SEO optimization, storytelling techniques, and visual content creation
- Ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and market trends
- Experience with content calendar planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management for international campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, including influencer collaborations, user-generated content strategies, and interactive content formats
- Excellent communication skills with ability to create compelling content for diverse audience demographics and cultural contexts
- Strong analytical skills to identify content performance patterns, optimize campaign strategies, and report on key metrics effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visually appealing social media content
- Experience with video production or editing software for creating engaging video content across platforms
