Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational systems for the trading platform's contract business, ensuring alignment with company objectives and scalability.
• Lead the creation of a contract user system, focusing on user acquisition, conversion, and retention through targeted marketing, user segmentation, and personalized engagement tactics.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate the effectiveness of platform contract-related activities, including promotions, campaigns, and user onboarding programs.
• Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to refine contract offerings, monitor project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements.
• Build and manage a high-performing contract operations team, coordinating daily tasks, fostering communication, and driving cross-departmental collaboration.
• Utilize data analytics tools to interpret operational metrics, user behavior patterns, and market trends, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategy optimization.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, user engagement levels, and business growth outcomes.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall user experience through continuous process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the fintech or e-commerce sector, with a focus on contract-related processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for business improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition, retention, and community management strategies to drive platform growth.
• Ability to develop and execute operational plans that align with business objectives, ensuring measurable results and ROI.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including negotiation, execution, monitoring, and renewal processes.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
