Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for product and user operations, independently planning and organizing various activities to improve transaction users and volume through refined operations.
- Manage user growth and lifecycle, developing interaction strategies to increase user numbers, activity, and quality, facilitating conversions.
- Analyze user behavior and business data, design marketing mechanisms, and integrate internal and external resources to enhance user retention and repurchase rates.
- Engage and retain existing community members through refined operations, including screening, stratification, and tag management.
- Maintain relationships with ecological resources and customers, analyze competitors and industry benchmarks, and share insights with the team.
Job Requirements
