Job Description
Responsible for participating in the strategic planning and execution of overseas operations for the exchange platform, with a focus on developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance user engagement, drive customer conversion, and improve retention rates across diverse international markets. The candidate will also lead the optimization of overseas products based on user feedback and market trends, aiming to deliver a seamless and culturally relevant user experience. Additionally, this position requires managing early-stage partnerships, coordinating with 5-8 international collaborators to align on business objectives and operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for overseas exchange operations, including market entry strategies and cross-border collaboration frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify performance gaps and propose data-driven improvements for KPI alignment.
- Design targeted marketing campaigns and user engagement strategies to address specific needs of international user segments.
- Facilitate customer acquisition and retention initiatives through digital marketing, content optimization, and loyalty programs.
- Lead product localization efforts, ensuring overseas offerings are tailored to regional preferences and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of international operations.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making and innovation in overseas markets.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with international standards during product development and deployment.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in international business operations or cross-border market strategies, preferably in the fintech or exchange industry.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting market data, user behavior metrics, and KPI performance reports.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with global teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language to support international client interactions and documentation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and user acquisition strategies for global markets.
- Ability to lead product optimization projects, including A/B testing, UX/UI improvements, and feature prioritization.
- Experience in managing vendor partnerships, with a track record of successful collaboration and project delivery.
