Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Broker User Operations professional to oversee and enhance user engagement, growth, and satisfaction. This role involves planning and executing user-centric activities, analyzing behavior data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- User Operations Activities: Plan and implement user engagement initiatives, including new customer acquisition campaigns, competitions, and reward mechanisms. Conduct data analysis to optimize activities and increase user participation.
- User Behavior Analysis: Regularly track and analyze user behavior data to identify needs and pain points. Propose and drive improvements for products and services based on insights.
- User Growth and Maintenance: Develop and execute user growth strategies through data analysis and market research to boost engagement and retention rates.
- Community Management: Maintain active interaction with users, address feedback and suggestions, and foster a positive community atmosphere to enhance user satisfaction and stickiness.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to improve user experience and ensure product-market fit.
- Customer Support and Major Client Maintenance: Respond promptly to user issues, resolve platform-related problems, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements
