Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Management Analyst/Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting portfolio companies and founders across various functional areas, maintaining internal records, and executing growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be data-savvy, relationship-driven, and capable of delivering clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support portfolio companies and founders on various functional support areas, including hiring, GTM, finance, and product development
- Maintain internal meeting notes and records of portfolio companies' latest developments and needs
- Advise projects on GTM strategies and execute GTM plans including preparing news articles, community building, KOL and media relations
- Track token vesting and listing schedule and liaison with Fund Admin on monthly holdings reporting
- Work with data using Excel/SQL/Python/etc to form analyses and explain them in charts and other data visualizations that are digestible
- Maintain and build relationships with builder communities and service providers (news agencies, KOLs, exchanges etc)
Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively in several Asian countries including China, Singapore, Vietnam, etc
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in portfolio management or venture capital is a plus
- Ability to report in a clear, concise and result-driven manner directly to senior management
