Job Description

We are looking for a talented Community Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user growth and engagement within our community platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in channel acquisition and user operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for community user growth related work, with priority given to those with channel customer acquisition experience.
  • Utilize various operational tools and channel operation methods to increase the number of new community users and expand the fan base of existing community users.
  • Have a basic understanding of user operations, identify high-quality potential users through analyzing their lifecycle and behavior, and operate them to improve community user activity and retention rates.
  • Track the dynamics of industry competitors' channels, analyze industry trends and gameplay, be familiar with common growth gameplay and monetization in the market, and actively explore new growth opportunities and models.
  • Good strategic and structured thinking skills, plan and execute online customer acquisition activities.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community user growth or related fields, preferably with channel customer acquisition background.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess user behavior and lifecycle for targeted operations.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitor analysis, and market growth strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute structured growth plans.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with data-driven decision making and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
