Job Description
The position is focused on user growth and agent expansion, responsible for building, expanding, and optimizing channel systems to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel System Planning & Expansion: Develop and expand diversified online/offline channels (e.g., KOLs/agents, content channels, community channels) aligned with company growth strategies to establish a healthy and sustainable channel ecosystem.
- Channel Growth Strategy: Formulate targeted growth strategies, incentive mechanisms, and partnership plans for different channels to drive new user acquisition and agent recruitment.
- End-to-End Channel Management: Oversee the entire channel partnership lifecycle, including screening, negotiation, resource allocation, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary channel liaison, coordinating with product, tech, marketing, and customer service teams to provide necessary support and accelerate project execution.
- Data Monitoring & Optimization: Establish robust tracking systems to analyze channel ROI, conversion rates, and user quality, continuously refining strategies and management frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years in channel operations, business development, or growth marketing. Preferred backgrounds include finance, trading platforms, consumer internet, or agent-based expansion products.
- Professional Skills: Expertise in channel growth strategies, partner management, and incentive design, with proven success in building core channels from scratch.
- Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, data-driven mindset, and goal-oriented approach. Ability to thrive under pressure, solve complex problems, and lead cross-departmental initiatives.
