Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Convert executives' strategic initiatives into detailed product plans by conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and identifying user needs.
• Collaborate with project management teams to create and refine design proposals, ensuring they meet business requirements and user expectations.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, priorities, and timelines, facilitating alignment among stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Participate in the establishment and continuous improvement of the design system, creating reusable components, style guides, and design principles to maintain consistency across products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring the final product meets user needs and business goals.
• Design and present wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with the product roadmap.
• Work with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility, technical implementation, and alignment with project timelines.
• Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to refine and improve the product design, ensuring it meets quality standards and user requirements.
• Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the product design and user experience.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on design goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and user experience solutions.
• Excellent understanding of product design principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and user interfaces.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and ensures stakeholder alignment on project scope and timelines.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining a design system, including reusable components, style guides, and design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address design challenges in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables.
