Job Description
We are seeking a versatile visual designer with over 6 years of experience. You must possess deep expertise in brand and operational design while staying at the forefront of technology, proficiently utilizing AI tools to enhance creativity. Additionally, you should be capable of bringing products to life through advanced motion effects (JSON/WebM). You will define aesthetics as well as efficiency and interaction experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Full-Scale Visual Construction
- System Definition: Deeply participate in the construction and upgrade of brand visual systems (VI), ensuring high consistency across all channels and media.
- Core Operations: Lead the full-scale planning of large-scale marketing campaigns and IP visuals, using high-level visual language to drive business conversion and brand influence.
- AIGC Creative Production
- AI Process Integration: Master tools like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion (ControlNet/LoRA) to redesign workflows, achieving industrial-scale output from inspiration prototypes to high-fidelity assets.
- Forward-Looking Exploration: Continuously explore cutting-edge technologies like AI video and AI 3D, applying them to brand storytelling and interactive scenarios.
- Advanced Motion & Video Design
- Product Motion Effects: Design core interactive motion effects for App/Web platforms, delivering high-quality Lottie (JSON) animations that perform smoothly across devices.
- Dynamic Visuals: Produce WebM motion effects with transparency or high-quality video materials for brand films, ambiance creation, and dynamic logo presentations.
- Standardization: Establish motion design standards (duration, Bezier curves, response logic) to enhance the dynamic sophistication of products.
Job Requirements
- Senior Professional Competencies
- Experience: 6+ years of visual design experience (preferably in internet companies, top design firms, or 4A agencies) with exceptional aesthetic judgment and business logic.
- Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- Technical Stack & Toolchain
- Core Tools: Mastery of Figma/Sketch and Adobe CC (PS, AI).
- Motion/Video: Proficiency in After Effects (AE), skilled in using Lottie (Bodymovin/PAG) plugins to export JSON, and capable of producing high-performance, low-overhead WebM motion videos.
- 3D Skills: Proficient in C4D or Blender (including renderers like OC/RS), able to create high-quality 3D static or dynamic visuals.
- AI Practical Skills
- Demonstrate how AI tools significantly shorten the "idea-to-product" cycle.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to refine AI-generated assets.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Strong proposal skills, able to clearly articulate the logic behind designs.
- Understand development principles and collaborate efficiently with front-end engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of motion effects.
