Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a DEX Product Manager. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of decentralized exchange (DEX) products, from conception to implementation and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design and lifecycle management of DEX related products
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including R&D, operations, and marketing to drive project progress and ensure high-quality delivery of product functionality
- Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze industry trends, and collect user needs to identify valuable product opportunities
- Monitor product operations, continuously optimize user experience, and enhance product market competitiveness
- Develop deep understanding of DEX product characteristics and align with platform development plans to propose innovative product insights
- Promote implementation of product improvements and new features based on research findings and user feedback
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) sector
- Strong understanding of DEX products and cryptocurrency markets
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to conduct market research and interpret data
- Passion for user experience optimization and product innovation
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly product features
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with smart contracts and blockchain protocols
- Background in UX/UI design principles
- Knowledge of tokenomics and decentralized governance models
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
