Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interviews and assessments for candidates across multiple technical disciplines
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the Web3 industry
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and team requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Web3 industry business departments
- Proven track record as a department recruiter or interviewer for technical positions
- Experience in conducting internal training sessions or lectures
- Background in Chinese language teaching or educational content development
- Experience creating online recorded courses or serving as a part-time lecturer
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and industry trends
