Job Description
As an Event Planning Product Manager for a digital currency exchange, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement and trading volume. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning and Design: Create compelling marketing activities including trading competitions, reward programs, and holiday promotions to attract users.
- Requirement Management: Process activity requirements from operations team and channel partners, ensuring clarity, feasibility and alignment with product goals.
- System Design: Develop an activity management system to automate and streamline event processes.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, technology and other teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Effect Evaluation: Design evaluation mechanisms, analyze ROI through data, and propose improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks during event execution to ensure compliance.
- User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously optimize event design.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in product management, preferably in digital currency/fintech
- Proven track record in marketing campaign planning and execution
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to measure campaign effectiveness
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Understanding of cryptocurrency market trends and user behavior
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field

- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
