- Collect and analyze feedback from community, users and stakeholders, consolidate them into requirements, features and end products.
- Conduct competitor analysis, learn from the market and differentiate from competitors.
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
