Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and professional Vietnam Moderators to join our team. This role involves monitoring and managing merchant interactions to ensure a positive and compliant marketplace environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and cultural understanding of the Vietnamese market.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor merchant activities and ensure compliance with platform policies
- Address merchant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and reports
- Identify and escalate potential risks or policy violations
- Provide feedback to improve merchant experience and platform processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance moderation strategies
Job Requirements
- Native or fluent Vietnamese language skills (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in moderation, customer service or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Cultural understanding of Vietnam's business environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
