Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition team to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from initial outreach to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and place job postings across various media channels to attract qualified candidates
  • Develop comprehensive technical and non-technical job descriptions
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through multiple outreach strategies including personal networks, industry events, online platforms, social media, and campus recruitment
  • Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends
  • Perform initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Conduct interviews using various methods (structured interviews, technical assessments, behavioral questions)
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the application process
  • Provide guidance on salary negotiations with final candidates
  • Prepare and send job offer letters
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and department integration
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a tech environment
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks
  • Experience with various interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
