Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruiting top-tier professionals for product development, R&D, overseas BD, and operations positions within the exchange industry. This role requires deep understanding of business needs to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies while managing the full hiring lifecycle independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including requirement analysis, talent sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management
- Develop and maintain recruitment channels while building a sustainable talent pipeline
- Analyze recruitment metrics regularly to optimize hiring processes and candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and workforce planning
- Participate in talent-related projects and initiatives as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor talent landscapes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in exchange industry
- Strong understanding of technical (product/R&D) or overseas (BD/operations) hiring practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently under pressure
- Experience recruiting for large internet companies or well-known enterprises is preferred
- Capable of working remotely with flexible hours
