Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes for various positions within our company. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, optimizing job descriptions, and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Maintain close communication with hiring departments to clarify position requirements and selection criteria
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate timely feedback from interviewers
- Manage offer negotiations, background verification processes (when applicable), and onboarding procedures
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools to enhance recruitment efficiency
- Provide regular recruitment reports and market insights to stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably with BD/consulting hiring background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Resilient under pressure with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
