Job Description
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for key positions within the company. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to deeply understand team requirements and organizational needs. The specialist will proactively source candidates through various channels while maintaining and expanding the company's talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for core technical and business positions
- Partner closely with department heads to define hiring needs and job specifications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates
- Manage multiple recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional recruitment experience
- 6+ months of Web3/blockchain recruitment experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Based in Shenzhen during probation period (remote work possible after regularization)
- Proficiency in English is a significant advantage
