Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first touchpoint and ongoing relationship manager for key Integrators, maintaining a deep understanding of their operational needs and strategic goals.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with the evolving market landscape, leveraging insights from industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Integrator's internal sales teams to create channel sales strategies, providing training and resources to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor competitive dynamics by systematically gathering and analyzing marketplace data on pricing models, product features, and technological advancements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback and competitive insights into actionable improvements for the product roadmap.
- Stay abreast of industry developments through continuous learning, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and networking events to maintain technical expertise.
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring the protocol's adoption across diverse use cases and industries.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on market research, customer engagement metrics, and product performance data.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales strategy development within Web3 or FinTech environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth for SaaS or blockchain platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and technical teams across multiple organizations.
- Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data, identify competitive gaps, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Proficiency in relationship management tools and CRM systems, with experience in managing high-value client accounts and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and smart contract ecosystems to effectively engage with technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, including gathering user feedback, prioritizing feature requests, and aligning with product development timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in sales execution, market penetration, and client onboarding processes.
