Job Description
This position is responsible for driving the company's international market expansion through strategic initiatives and relationship management. The candidate will focus on identifying and cultivating key partnerships with agent networks and influential KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with product features and market demands. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing consumer feedback, and providing actionable insights to optimize product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to expand the company's overseas market, including market research, competitor analysis, and target audience segmentation.
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partner agents in key regions to ensure consistent brand representation and sales growth.
- Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with international audiences and drive product adoption.
- Design marketing strategies that leverage product characteristics, such as unique selling points, to differentiate offerings in competitive markets.
- Monitor market feedback through surveys, social media analytics, and customer interactions to identify areas for product improvement.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to refine product features, pricing models, and distribution channels based on market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including international partners, clients, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market share growth, partnership ROI, and customer engagement metrics to evaluate success.
- Stay updated on global market trends, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements to adapt strategies effectively.
- Lead the development of localized marketing materials and campaigns tailored to specific regions and consumer preferences.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in international market expansion, preferably in roles involving partner development, KOL collaboration, or marketing strategy execution.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes in target regions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in developing and presenting marketing strategies that align with product positioning and business objectives.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners, agents, and KOLs, including negotiation and contract management.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language to facilitate communication with global stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, CRM systems) and data visualization software for market analysis.
- Experience with product optimization processes, including identifying pain points and proposing solutions based on market feedback.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and strategies to both internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless execution of market expansion initiatives.
