Job Description
This position is responsible for the comprehensive operation and management of NFT product lines, driving the overall growth of NFT user base through strategic initiatives. The role involves in-depth analysis of NFT industry company operation models, monitoring global market trends, and formulating operation strategies to support business development. Key responsibilities include maintaining long-term relationships with existing users, identifying and engaging potential user segments, and establishing effective communication channels to understand customer needs in real-time. Additionally, the candidate will focus on expanding transaction volume and improving transaction frequency by implementing user acquisition, conversion, and retention programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle management of NFT products, including market research, product optimization, and user engagement strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis of NFT industry players, tracking global market trends and identifying business development opportunities
- Develop and execute operation strategies to enhance user growth metrics, such as conversion rates, retention ratios, and transaction volumes
- Build and maintain a robust user relationship management system, including community engagement, customer feedback collection, and personalized service delivery
- Implement data-driven marketing campaigns to attract new users, convert trial users into active participants, and retain high-value customers

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in NFT industry operations, with a minimum of 3 years in digital product management or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, user behavior patterns, and business performance metrics
- Excellent understanding of blockchain technology fundamentals and NFT market mechanisms
- Proficiency in user acquisition strategies, including social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and referral programs
- Ability to develop retention strategies through personalized user experiences, community building, and customer loyalty programs
- Skilled in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI for tracking KPIs and generating insights
