Senior Product Manager at Matrixport

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive understanding of US securities market regulations (SEC, FINRA requirements) to ensure compliant, secure and stable product design
• Drive product innovation and competitive differentiation by analyzing market trends and user needs to enhance trading experience and efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, design, risk control, and operations teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
• Conduct data analysis and user research to continuously optimize the trading experience based on core user requirements
• Coordinate with external partners including trading channels, brokers, and clearing houses to ensure smooth system integration and business processes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields preferred
• 5+ years experience as Product Manager in internet brokerage, fintech or securities firms, with at least 2 years focused on US stock trading products
• Thorough understanding of US market rules, trading mechanisms, sessions, order types (market, limit, stop orders) and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and business acumen to drive product iterations based on data and user feedback
• Excellent project management and cross-team coordination skills to efficiently deliver complex projects
• Proficient in English to comprehend financial documents and communicate with overseas teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex trading products (derivatives, options, futures, margin trading)
• Experience with brokerage license applications or compliance processes
• Experience with multi-asset global trading products
